Richard Clews our Head Of Business is a Midlands-based rally driver, has accelerated into a new venture with Adrenaline Collective. This automotive enthusiast has shifted gears, not only conquering rally circuits but also connecting those who connect with cars. Adrenaline Collective, his brainchild, is more than a dealership; it's a haven for petrolheads. Clews brings a unique perspective, combining his racing prowess with a passion for iconic vehicles. With an array of high-performance machines, Adrenaline Collective isn't just about selling cars; it's about fostering a community of like-minded individuals who share a profound connection with the thrill of the open road.

BEN WINSLOWDIRECTOR
Ben's extensive expertise in automotive operations will undoubtedly drive Adrenaline Collective to new heights. With nearly five years of invaluable experience as Group Operations Director at Startin Group, overseeing a conglomerate of eight brands in motorsport, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic acumen to our team.
Prior to this role, Ben served as Head of Business for an impressive 24 years at Startin Skoda and Startin Rover, demonstrating his steadfast commitment to excellence and longevity in the industry. Armed with a BSc in Banking and Finance (Hons), Ben possesses a solid foundation in financial management, further bolstering his ability to navigate the intricacies of the automotive landscape.
His tenure and qualifications position him as a key player in steering Adrenaline Collective towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.
TRISTAN GLANFIELDSALES MANAGER
Tris is instantly recognisable, mainly because his hair changes with the weather. Known for his personality as much as his presence, he brings energy and humour but more importantly 7 years Porsche experience to the team. A marathon runner, track day enthusiast and all round car guy.
ANDY WEBBFINANCE SPECIALIST
Andy begun his finance career back in 1990 on the pioneering, Lombard North Central training scheme, Andrew's career progressed to include meaningful stints at the manufacturer finance operations of Peugeot, Citroen, VW, Audi & Ferrari, in addition to working for leading car manufacturers/importers, Audi & Seat (both at director level). Andrew's last 'corporate-side' assignment consisted of seven fruitful years at the Ferrari's flagship Financial Services operation.
With his wealth of experience, Andy is well-equipped to provide Adrenaline Collective with seamless car finance packages, ensuring the company's financial strategies align perfectly with its goals and objectives.

ELLIANNA CLEWSSALES
Ellie doesn't just sell cars, she dominates the room. Sales Executive of the Year for MINI with five years experience, she combines sharp commercial instinct with total authority. Organised, driven and absolutely unshakeable, she's basically the boss whether anyone admits it or not.
HENRY NASHAFTER SALES SUPPORT MANAGER
Henry studied music, which explains both his creativity and his ability to stay calm when things get loud. Covered in interesting tattoos and armed with a sharp eye, he's also a committed cricket player. Thoughtful, observant and quietly switched on, Henry brings a different rhythm to the team in the best possible way.
RICHARD BEESLEYSALES
Richard is not your average car salesman. A commercial pilot of private jets and an instructor by trade, he's also spent two decades in automotive sales. He once raced in the London to Sydney air race and can run backwards for reasons no one fully understands. Highly experienced, capable and unfazed by pressure, Richard operates on a different altitude.
MATT DARK APPRENTICE
Matt is our youngest team member and still a full-time student. Dependable and quietly effective, he's the go to guy for all the practical little jobs around the showroom. Matt has also represented Team GB for Archery.
CHARLES ROUNCEDETAILER
Charlie isn't your average detailer. A Gold medallist for England his discipline, focus and work ethic that got him there run through everything he does. He takes real pride in his work and it shows in the results.
EZZ CONNOLLYHEAD DETAILER
Ezz has spent the last 15 years perfecting the art of making cars look better than they ever should. With a sporting background in Warwickshire and a serious eye for detail, he treats every vehicle like it's his own. A family man through and through, his standards are high and his finishes speak for themselves.
DAN BYFORDHEAD MECHANIC
Dan is a technician at heart and an adrenaline junkie by nature. With six years in the automotive industry as a mechanic, he understands cars from the inside out, not just the sales pitch. When he's not solving problems or fettling machinery, you'll usually find him on a mountain bike or playing golf at a level that makes most people suspicious he's secretly on tour.
JACK CAPELLDIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
A Digital Marketing Executive with a background in filmmaking from a London university, he understands how stories, images, and audiences connect. As a founder of his own media company, he's most at home behind the camera, creating music videos and films with a sharp, instinctive eye. Creative, switched-on and visually focused, Jack sees what others miss and makes sure you don't.
